Quaker Houghton Metalina B 800 Water soluble metalworking fluid
Quaker Houghton METALINA B 800 is a fully synthetic blend of special polymer lubricants and corrosion inhibitors. The mineral oil-free, transparent solution provides long sump life and excellent tramp oil rejection.
Quaker Houghton METALINA B 800 contains a very high I eve I of polymer lubricity additives designed for medium to heavy duty machining of ferrous materials including cast iron and alloy steels.
The high lubricity formula also gives excellent machining characteristics for machining aerospace materials such as titanium, nickel alloys and is non-staining to aluminium.
The synthetic formula provides extremely low foam, maximum filtration efficiency and rapid fines separation.
METALINA B800 is designed primarily for soft water.

STORAGE
Please refer to section 7 of Safety Data Sheets for handling and storage information, including product shelf life. Product should be stored under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from frost. Recommended storage temperature is usually between 5°C and 40°C unless otherwise specified. Use stock in delivery rotation.
