Quaker Houghton Houghto-Grind S155 Water soluble metalworking fluid
HOUGHTO-GRIND S 155 is a fully synthetic, specialist fluid for surface grinding of cemented tungsten carbide materials. The mineral oil-free, transparent solution provides long sump life and excellent tramp oil rejection.
HOUGHTO-GRIND S 155 is recommended for grinding of cemented tungsten carbide tools where cobalt is used as a binder.
The synthetic formula contains a special additive package to prevent dissolution of cobalt by the coolant. A minimum concentration of 5% is recommended.

STORAGE
Please refer to section 7 of Safety Data Sheets for handling and storage information, including product shelf life. Product should be stored under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from frost. Recommended storage temperature is usually between 5°C and 40°C unless otherwise specified. Use stock in delivery rotation.
