Quaker Houghton Hocut 3640 Water soluble metalworking fluid
HOCUT 3640 is a semi-synthetic, extreme pressure, metalworking fluid forming a stable microemulsion based on high quality mineral oil and sulphurised EP additives, free of formaldehye releaser biocide and boron.
HOCUT 3640 is recommended for medium to heavy duty machining and grinding of of all types of alloy steels including stainless steels.
Heavy duty performance is provided by a sulphurised extreme pressure package designed with high wetting properties to maintain machines free from build up of swarf.
The product is designed for both soft to hard water quality and is recommended for individual machines and central systems.

Product should be stored under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from frost Recommended storage temperature is usually between 5°C and 40°C unless otherwise specified. Use stock in delivery rotation.
