Quaker Houghton Cut-Max V 509

CUT-MAX V 509 is based on synthetic esters from renewable sources. Due to the small amount of unsaturated fatty acids the product shows high hydrolytic ond oxidation stability. It is compatible with 2 component paints and seal material as used for HEES hydraulic oils.
The oil is free of chlorine, sulphur, aromatic hydrocarbons, zinc and phosporous.

CUT-MAX V 509 is used for general machining as well as for grinding and honing operations due to the absence of chlorine, sulphur and phosphorus components especially suitable for the machining of parts for nuclear power plants.

Please refer to section 7 of Safety Data Sheets for handling and storage information, including product shelf life. Product should be stored under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from frost. Recommended storage temperature is usually between 5°C and 40°C unless otherwise specified. Use stock in delivery rotation.
