Quaker Houghton Cut-Max SE-4

CUT-MAX SE 4 is based on hydro-treated mineral oil with low aromatic content. A combination of polar, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives provide the oil with high load-carrying properties. The oil provides a good surface finish for the machined work pieces. It can be used with all standard electrode materials such as copper or graphite.

CUT-MAX SE 4 is a high viscosity spark erosion oil, for roughing. The product also shows a good flushing performance in very small erosion slots. A surface roughness of 3 µm or lower is possible.
This lubricant can also be used for grinding cutting tools {cemented carbide), and as low viscous spindle oil e.g. for riarrow fit spiridles arid as magnaflux inspection oil.

Product should be stored under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from frost. Recommended storage temperature is usually between 5°C and 40°C unless otherwise specified. Use stock iri delivery rotation.
