Quaker Houghton Adrana A 3601.04 Water soluble metalworking fluid
Quaker Houghton Adrana A 3601.04 is a high lubricity, boron and aminefree metalworking fluid forming a stable microemulsion based on high quality mineral oil and polar lubricity additives.
Quaker Houghton Adrana A 3601.04 is recommended for difficult machining operations on low silicon content aluminium.
The high lubricity emulsion is also suitable for all types of alloy steels in individual machines and central systems.
The product is designed for soft to medium water hardness hardness.
o High lubricity emulsion – gives reduced tooling costs and improved surface finish for difficult operations
o Boron-free – no SVHC classification under REACh
o Low alkalinity formula – operator friendly with reduced exposure hazards
o Good corrosion protection – fewer rejects and lower maintenance cost
o Very low foaming – ideal for high pressures and flow rates in soft to medium water hardness
o Boron, arnines, formaldehyde and chlorine-free – excellent EHS profile

Product should be stored under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from frost. Recommended storage temperature is usually between 5°C and 40°( unless otherwise specified. Use stock in delivery rotation.
