Total Quartz INEO ECS 5w-30 Synthetic Technology Engine oil – Maximises the efficiency of the Particulate Filter, preventing it from getting clogged up prematurely (contains 50% fewer metal components than a standard technology oil).
Fuel Savings of up to 6% at start-up, Fuel Savings of an average of 3% during mixed operation compared with an ACEA reference oil (tests carried out on a Citroën C4 1.6 HDi).

TOTAL QUARTZ INEO MC3 5W-30 is a Low SAPS synthetic technology oil specially designed for PEUGEOT, CITROËN and DS engines. It increases Fuel Savings and optimises the way in which anti-pollution systems – such as Particulate Filters – operate.
QUARTZ INEO ECS 5W-30 is a special second-generation Fuel Savings lubricant: it can be used with all Diesel engines – older ones, as well as more recent ones. It is suitable for use with most petrol engines.
INEO ECS 5W-30 is vital for ensuring the effective operation of particulate filters and is also suitable for use with other post-treatment systems.
QUARTZ INEO ECS 5W-30 provides protection against LSPI (Low Speed Pre-ignition), a phenomenon similar to knock and which can damage the engine.
TOTAL QUARTZ INEO ECS 5W-30 is appropriate for use with the most severe maintenance cycles and the most difficult driving conditions (motorway, dense urban traffic, etc.).

Before using the Total Quartz INEO ECS product, the vehicle’s maintenance guide should be checked. The product should not be stored at temperatures over 60°C. It should be kept away from sunlight, intense cold and extreme temperature fluctuations. If possible, the packaging should not be exposed to the elements. Otherwise, the drums should be laid horizontally to avoid any contamination from water and to prevent the product’s label from rubbing off.
All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and damage to drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C, or exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.
