Total Lunaria FR 32 Refrigeration Compressor Oil
Wax-free naphthenic mineral oils for refrigeration compressors.
- Lubrication of cylinders, bearings and seals of refrigeration compressors.
- The LUNARIA FR are compatible with most of chloro-fluorinated refrigerant gases and with ammonia in compatible service conditions: evaporator temperature higher than – 15 °C (*).
(*) In fact, for refrigerating applications with low-temperature ammonia, it is recommended to use the specific lubricants LUNARIA NH or LUNARIA SH
Total Lunaria FR 32 Refrigeration Compressor Oil Product Advantages:
- High chemical stability with refrigerants.
- Absence of copper plating.
- Very good miscibility behaviour with refrigerants allowing a good oil return to the compressor (evaporator temperature higher than – 15 °C).

Before using the product, the vehicle’s maintenance guide should be checked. Oil changes should be carried out by the manufacturer’s recommendations. The product should not be stored at temperatures over 60°C. It should be kept away from sunlight, intense cold and extreme temperature fluctuations. If possible, the packaging should not be exposed to the elements. Otherwise, the drums should be laid horizontally to avoid any contamination from water and to prevent the product’s label from rubbing off.
All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and damage to drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C, or exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.
