FINAVESTAN A 100 B white oils are obtained from petroleum through several important refining stages that guarantee their extremely high purity.
FINAVESTAN A 100 B white oils are used in a variety of applications that require high purity and high performance, in particular:
- Polymers: plasticizers & external lubricants for polystyrene, polyethylene, and polypropylene; catalyst carrier and pigment dispersant.
- Pharmaceuticals: laxatives, creams and ointments, capsule lubricant.
- Paper: cut and slit lubricant.
- Dust binder, defoamer, furniture polishes.
The following applications are subject to applicable laws and regulations in each country:
- Demoulding agent, defoamer and protective film in the food industry
- Lubricants additive for the food industry (Accidental food contact)
- Food processing aid (direct food contact).

FINAVESTAN white oils meet the requirements of the following specifications(1):

- European Regulation 2011/10/CE(3) relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
- FINAVESTAN white oils are NSF 3H and H1 registered, suitable for incidental and direct food contact(4).
Before using the product, the vehicle’s maintenance guide should be checked. Oil changes should be carried out by the manufacturer’s recommendations. The product should not be stored at temperatures over 60°C. It should be kept away from sunlight, intense cold and extreme temperature fluctuations. If possible, the packaging should not be exposed to the elements. Otherwise, the drums should be laid horizontally to avoid any contamination from water and to prevent the product’s label from rubbing off.
All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and damage to drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C, or exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.
