DESCRIPTION
Total Ceran XM 220 Moly Extreme-Pressure Complex Grease is a versatile multipurpose, water-resistant lubricant grease, made from mineral oil with 5% MoS2. CERAN XM 220 Moly is recommended for the lubrification of slow-moving bearings and loaded rolling element bearings subject to shock loads and high temperatures. This makes this particular lubricant an ideal grease for mining applications in temperate to warm zones and shock-loaded applications in industrial use even in severely demanding environments (water, dust, high temperature).
Total CERAN XM 220 Moly has good pumpability at ambient temperatures. Excellent thermal stability regaining its original texture after cooling to ambient temperature. And remarkable load resistance thanks to its naturally high extreme pressure, anti-wear properties and the presence of MoS2.
APPLICATIONS
- Total CERAN XM 220 Moly is a mineral oil , heavy duty, extreme pressure grease containing 5% of MoS2.
- Designed for mining applications in temperate environments.
- Recommended for the lubrication of slow moving bearings and loaded rolling element bearings subject to shock loads and high temperatures.
- Suitable for the lubrication of all kinds of components subject to high loads, shocks, working in conditions where the grease is in frequent contact with water (even sea water due to enhanced antirust performances).
- Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic pump system or cartridges.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and damage to drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C, or exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.
