Total Bioadhesive Plus

Total Bioadhesive Plus is a performance biodegradable calcium grease. Environmentally Acceptable Lubricant (EAL) provides both excellent adhesiveness and water resistance specifically developed for marine and industrial applications.

• Specially designed for the protection of metallic pieces in the presence of water (including seawater).
• Used in marine applications and dams for lubrication and protection on slide rails, metal cables, wire ropes, winches, chains…
• BIOADHESIVE PLUS is adapted for the static protection of spare parts.
• Suitable for loss lubrication in environmentally sensitive areas.
• Can be applied by hand with a brush or other adapted tool. For optimal lubrication and performance, keep the applying tools as clean as possible.

Total Bioadhesive Plus Biodegradable Calcium Grease Advantages:

• Insoluble in water, leading to a remarkable resistance to water wash-out.
• Excellent anti-corrosion properties even in the presence of seawater.
• Very good adhesion on metallic pieces in general.
• Does not contain lead or other heavy metals considered as harmful to human health and to the environment.
• Ultimately biodegradable, minimally toxic and non-bioaccumulative grease (according to the OECD 301B test).

All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and damage to drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C, or exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.
