Lubric8 Cut DAS 865A

Lubric8 Cut DAS 865A is a light-coloured, heavy-duty neat cutting oil developed for use on cast iron, steel and alloys across a wide range of machinery. 

The formulation combines specially selected high-performance additives – active sulphur EP, chlorinated EP, lubricity and anti-mist, making it suitable for use on all types of ferrous materials. This medium viscosity product ensures rapid penetration to the cutting tool/workpiece zone to provide maximum flushing of swarf and chippings. 

Use as supplied. Applications include high-speed machining on bar autos and automatic machines gun drilling, deep hole boring, hobbing, broaching and thread cutting on all ferrous materials. Due to the active sulphur content this product is not recommended for use on non-ferrous/yellow metals.
