Lubric8 Cool M 178C is a formaldehyde release biocide-free, milky water-mix fluid with non-chlorinated lubricity additives designed to perform in multi-purpose applications from general machining to rolling with a wide range of material suitability. This cutting fluid is a high oil content product and is well suited to the machining of most ferrous and non-ferrous materials where additives within the formulation minimise the possibility of staining.
The product is designed with a passivation package to resist galvanic corrosion making it suitable for the machining and rolling of galvanised steel.
Lubric8 Cool M 178C forms a very stable, tight milky emulsion and gives good service life in comparison to similar milky formulations.
