Houghton MWS Additive AF 2220
VISCOSITY - Metalwork Degreaser & Cleaning Solution
Houghton MWS Additive AF 2220 ADDITIVE anti-foam for water soluble oil and cleaners
MWS ADDITIVE AF 2220 is an efficient anti-foam for emulsions containing oil and and oil-free water solubles as well as cleaners. Poly-siloxane based anti-foam is not creating adhesion problems as opposed to standard silicon-oil based ones.
Therefore MWS ADDITIVE AF 2220 is compatible with painting & plating processes of the treated metals.
MWS ADDITIVE AF 2220 is used by adding to fluids where foaming difficulties occur.
MWS ADDITIVE AF 2220 may be added to new systems or to existing fluids. It should be added at a point of agitation in the system to aid dispersion (but obviously not close from filtering system).
F Versatile : suitable for emulsions and solutions (i e with or without mineral oil)

F Free of silicone-oil : compatible with cleaning, painting & plating processes on the treated surfaces
