Coolelf Supra Engine Coolant Fluid
DESCRIPTION
COOLELF SUPRA is a “long-life” ready-to-use coolant formulated from an extremely pure monoethylene glycol base and containing corrosion inhibitors developed from the latest
techniques in materials protection in corrosive environments. Its unique environment-friendly formula is completely free from phosphates, amines, nitrites, boron, nitrates and silicates.
Formulated with an organic additive technology it offers superior cavitation and corrosion protection and good compatibility with aluminium parts present in modern engines.
Its exceptional thermal stability and outstanding heat transfer properties eliminate the risk of mineral deposits on hot engine parts including liners top, cylinder heads, heat exchanger tubes, etc allowing for extended drain intervals.
This coolant is especially suited for industrial diesel and gas engine cooling needing an antifreeze protection temperature above – 25 °C. Before filling a circuit that previously contained another fluid, it is necessary to flush it to avoid product performance degradation.
Freezing protection for up to -26°C allowing for use in temperate climates.
APPLICATIONS
- Industrial Diesel and gas engine cooling needs an antifreeze protection temperature above – 25 °C.
- Before filling a circuit that previously contained another fluid, it is necessary to flush it to avoid product performance degradation.
ADVANTAGES
Coolelf Supra Engine Coolant Fluid Advantages:
- Thanks to its specific organic formulation, COOLELF SUPRA gives cavitation protection higher than that provided by the current liquid coolants. The corrosion protection is also better almost for the aluminium parts present in modern engines.
- The COOLELF SUPRA’s exceptional thermal stability eliminates the risks of mineral deposits particularly near the hot parts: liners top, cylinder heads, heat
exchanger tubes, heating resistance.
This ensures:
– heat transfer conservation
– fluid performance conservation
– piping erosion risks (due to hard deposit circulation) suppression
– circuit cleanliness
– extended temperature-sensitive components lifetime. - The long-life property of The COOLELF SUPRA allows for extended drain intervals and the reduction of coolant recycling costs.
