Castrol Rustilo DWX 10 is a performance dewatering agent, which clears all waterspots and grease whilst leaving no perceptible film upon evaporation.
Castrol Rustilo DWX 10 rapidly removes water from components after electroplating processes, after machining using soluble cutting fluids, or from parts that have been washed.
The Rustilo DWX range of products specifically can be used for the treatment of surfaces which cannot be subjected to heat to accelerate drying, and also avoids the formation of water spots upon polished or plated components.
Although Rustilo DWX can be applied by spraying, its dewatering action is most effective if articles to be dried can be immersed in a dip tank.

Storage:
All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and damage to drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C, or exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.
Average drying time is the time until the majority of the solvent is evaporated at ambient temperature and at a relative humidity of between 60 – 70%.
