Castrol Iloform TDN 81 Neat Forming Oil
Castrol Iloform TDN 81 is a medium viscosity, chlorinated, heavy-duty forming fluid. It is a blend of high-performance extreme pressure and lubricity additives in a fully solvent-refined paraffinic mineral oil.
Iloform TDN 81 is specially formulated for use in heavy-duty deep drawing applications where extreme performance is required.
It is suitable for use on medium to heavy gauge steels, stainless steel, and nickel alloy steels, as well as aluminium and aluminium alloys.
Iloform TDN 81 is also recommended for use in stainless steel and alloy steel tube cold pilgering operations, where it is applied as an outer diameter roll lubricant, as well as machine gearbox lubricant.

User Advice
Iloform TDN 81 can be cleaned using aqueous alkaline or solvent cleaners.
Storage
To avoid product deterioration always keep the container/drum tightly sealed. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Prevent exposure to frost and avoid water ingress. For optimum product stability, it is preferable to store the product indoors between 5°C and 45 °C / 41°F and 113°F.
