Castrol Ilocut 820 High Performance Neat Cutting Oil
Castrol Ilocut 820 is a chlorine and heavy-metal-free neat cutting oil specially formulated with a unique combination of ester, extreme pressure (EP) additives and base oil to optimise machining performance, enhance surface finish and lower the overall operating costs.
Ilocut 820 is designed for grinding, general machining and deep drilling of ferrous metals, low and medium-alloyed steels. It contains active sulphur and may not be suitable for yellow metals.

To avoid product deterioration always keep the container/drum tightly sealed. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Prevent exposure to frost and avoid water ingress. For optimum product stability, it is preferable to store the product indoors between 5°C and 45 °C / 41°F and 113°F.
