Antifoam S 105 is a siloxane-based antifoam additive specially developed for water-based metalworking fluids. It is optimized for stability and compatibility as an effective tank-side additive for both single-sump machines as well as central systems.
It is especially useful where fast and immediate foam control is required.
Castrol Antifoam S 105 can be used in all water-based metalworking fluids where conditions of severe agitation have created unacceptable foam levels. It provides a rapid de-foaming action with a high degree of stability. Repeated use may be required for long-term effects.

This product should only be used after consultation with Castrol’s Service Representative. The recommended dosage for a foaming system is between 50 – 500 ppm by volume of emulsion. Please shake before use to homogenise the fluid.
