The Kernow Oils customer service team is on hand:

Who are Kernow Oils?
Established in 1989 by David Adkins, Kernow Oils has now become an industrial lubricant specialist, recognised by and working in partnership with market-leading Global brands. These rich ties with household brands such as Castrol, Total Energies, and Lubric8, coupled with decades of experience have led to Kernow Oils being widely recognised as a market-leading company in developing advanced, high-performance industrial lubrication solutions. We supply a whole host of brands including Samoa, Eastman, BP, Tygris, Morris Lubricants, as well as many more. On top of this, Kernow Oils is proud to be Castrol’s only UK non-exclusive Ambassador Distributor of Industrial and Automotive products. And is a registered TotalEnergies Distribution Partner.
Who will advise me on products and look after my account?
As mentioned above, we recognise how critical your machinery is to operations. Downtime, inefficiency and wastage are all factors that can prove costly. With this in mind, we match a sector-specific sales advisor to each enquiry. This ensures your advice will come from someone who knows the industry challenges inside out and can offer the best possible advice and guidance. This advisor with remain your point of contact and look after your account needs.
How do I place an order?
We do not sell our products online. This is because as a specialist, we believe lubrication is about getting the right product specification. The wrong lubricant causes costly stoppages, damage, downtime, shortening machinery life, and unnecessary wastage. Is it worth it to save a few bob? we don’t think so and that’s why we focus on ensuring customers get the best product match rather than selling the first thing we pick off the shelf.
So… Firstly, let’s make sure you have the best product to protect your machinery and extend its life. To do this have a quick chat with one of our industry-specific advisors who can take you through the products that match your needs. From here, your advisor will be able to provide you with a customised quote for your consideration. If you would like to proceed, your advisor can take your order.
How do I set up a credit account?
If you are a repeat customer and would like to set up a credit account, please speak to your account advisor and they will be able to look into this on your behalf.
How do I make payments for order balances?
We do not currently offer and account or payment facilities through the website. In order to pay invoices or outstanding balances, please call our accounts team on 01736 757002 or email accounts@kernow-oils.co.uk where our friendly customer service team will be happy to take a payment.
We accept cheques, BACs transfers, and credit/debit card payments.
What are your BACS details for bank transfers?
If you would like to pay by BACS please use the following details:

What sizes do you deliver?
We stock lubricants in all shapes and sizes from 400ml sprays and 1L ‘top up’ bottles, to 209L oil drums and 1000L IBC’s. We deliver orders of all sizes and values.
What is your delivery lead time?
Delivery lead time is usually 1-2 working days however, we can provide next-day delivery or guaranteed timed delivery options should you need it in a hurry.
