Cut-Max S5029-1 is a low viscosity brown coloured neat broaching oil formulated with specially selected refined mineral oils blended with chlorine and sulphur based extreme pressure and lubricity additives.

 

Application:

Cut-Max S5029-1 is designed for high speed broaching of medium to high tensile steels at speeds up to 24 metres per minute. The high EP formula is contains additives to protect broach teeth from wear and chipping. Cut-Max S5029-1 is also Rolls Royce CSS 141 approved for broaching of titanium, nickel and heat resistant steels. Cut-Max S5029-1 contains active sulphur and is unsuitable for machining of yellow metals.

Cut-Max SE4 is a transparent, very low odour, low viscosity dielectric fluid with a high flash point fluid compared to many similar dielectrics.

 

Application:

Cut-Max SE4 is specialist fluid for EDM machining and can be used for both roughing and finishing operations.

Main applications include machining of moulds for die-casting or plastic injection machines and in aerospace turbine blade production. Cut-Max SE4 is used for fine boring of aerofoil honeycombs in nickel alloys. Eg Inconel 78. Cut-Max SE4 has Rolls Royce CSS 142B approval.

Application:

Dascolene 822 is a light coloured extreme pressure, medium-high viscosity dual purpose neat cutting oil. Dascolene 822 is suitable for use on medium tensile steels, and all non-ferrous metals in a wide range of machinery, including automatic lathes where cross leakage of cutting oil into gearboxes occurs. Due to its higher viscosity and noncorrosive nature, damage should not occur. Dascolene 822 is formulated with a high lubricity synthetic ester, chlorinated EP additives and anti-mist additive.

Dascolene EF895 is a low viscosity environmentally friendly crop oil based, mineral oil-free neat cutting oil, which contributes to a better working environment by significantly less tendency to cause oil mist.
